The group of project participants on the seventh day of training continued the topic of competence development within the framework of dual education, namely the questions of improvement of knowledge of personal abilities, key competences, motivational approach in development of professional competence, competence evaluation, employment opportunities, career management issues were discussed in detail. Professor Regine Mathies introduced the process of development of professional competence through the implementation through learning technology.

In the module "Strategies of evaluation of educational programs" Professor Ingrid Hotarek presented information on quality aspects of dual education, indicators and quality parameters of dual training programs. The problems of involvement of practical partners in the system of dual education were considered.

In the afternoon, the group of project participants had an excursion to the University of Applied Sciences MCI. The team from Kazakhstan was welcomed by Mr. and Mrs. Stadlmayr and Mrs. Ottl, who introduced the organization of educational process of the University of Applied Sciences MCI. Detailed information about the educational program on dual training "Smart Building Technologies" was presented. The participants of the project visited the teaching and research laboratories of the University.
