The fifth day of training at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, Germany

The topic of Dr. Olga Zechel's training is related to the features of examinations in dual training at the university. Examples of organization of dual training (university + professional trainings), highlights of trial training and conducting final examinations by the Chamber of Commerce were considered. In the course of the training a discussion on topical issues of dual training was organized: the varieties of bachelor's degree training, the organization of distance learning, trial training, etc.

The second part of the training took place online. Professor Brings dwelled on the issues of cooperation between the public and private sectors and the conclusion of contracts between them in dual education in Germany. It was noted that close cooperation between the public and private sector ensures that employees learn the skills that companies need, which is one of the benefits of dual training. Professor Brings also paid attention to the schedule of training times (in-company training and vocational school training) and the dual training curricula.
