The second day of training
In the city of Innsbruck, Austria, a large-scale training session continues as part of the KazDual project.
The training of the second day was held by the doctor of Magdeburg University Otto von Guericke Christine Brings. The training was dedicated to European educational standards, such as EQF, GQF ECTS, ECVET.
Dr. Brings also analyzed in detail the algorithm of cooperation between the state and the private business sector, on the issues of concluding agreements on dual education in Germany.
Topical topics such as framework curricula, types of dual education in higher education institutions, and their main pros and cons, differences between educational algorithms for colleges and universities were voiced and analyzed.
During the training, a reflection was held on the topics of today's lesson, during an active discussion and exchange of experience, parallels were drawn between the development of dual education in Austria, Germany, South Korea and Kazakhstan.
At the end of the day, the participants of the training were greeted by members of the administration of the Pedagogical University of Tyrol, as well as the Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan in Austria, Mr. Gerhard Burcsher. Also, the vice-rector of the university, Dr. Irmgard Plattner, conducted an extensive tour of the main building of the university: classes for preparing elementary students, educational laboratories, production workshops, as well as gyms and swimming pools of the university were visited.
