Final day of training at the university Otto von Guericke Magdeburg, Germany

The final training was conducted by the Austrian KazDual team: Regine and Ingrid. During the training was represented the module 4 "Development of competencies": "Career orientation", as well as possible ways of successfully advising students about their career opportunities, ways of developing competencies were discussed. Kazakhstan team grouped their proposals into PROS (what is recommended) and CONS (what should be avoided) when advising students. Distinctive features of abilities and skills were identified during the discussion. The head of the KazDual project from the Otto von Guericke University in Magdeburg, Professor Frank Bünning thanked the participants of the training for their active participation in the work and professionalism, presented Certificates to the Kazakhstan team, which is represented by: M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov, Shakarim University, Karaganda Higher Polytechnic College and Electrotechnical College of Semey.

A meeting was also held with project coordinators and a meeting with a NASA representative, Mr. Berengar Ballof, and a student studying IT in the dual system.

In conclusion, all participants expressed their hope for further fruitful cooperation in the implementation of the KazDual project - "Implementation of Dual System in Kazakhstan", the Erasmus + program. The continuation of the joint work is scheduled for September 2022 at the institutions in the Republic of Kazakhstan: Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov, Karaganda Higher Polytechnic College, Shakarim University and Semey Electrotechnical College.
